The Iraqi customer Mr. Ali's first visit was on 2018.03.25, he was introduced to us by a filament machine manufacturer, during the same period he also visited other brush machinery manufacturers.
After that, he soonest place an order with us, and we help him to order a few sets of brush/broom molds as well.
And then he came for training. He is a smart guy, and His major is mechanics. So he quickly know how to operate his 5 axis machine. Besides, he was taught how to grind the tufting tools as well.
