Brush Machine Academy | Learn Brush Machine with May Fung | Create value, Provide value
How to start a brush machine properly?
This training course is divided into 8 steps:
Step 1: Look carefully! Before powering on, you must make sure that:
No. 1, the machine is firmly fixed and cannot shake.
No. 2, There are no foreign objects on the platform.
Step 2: Check the brake motor. You must ensure that:
No. 1, the voltage is correct, 220V or 380V, three-phase or single-phase.
No. 2, If the 3-phase 380V voltage is used, loosen the nut of the brake motor, otherwise, the brake will not work after powering on.
Step 3: Connect air.
First, connect the air tube to the main air pressure switch.
Second, adjust the air pressure value of the main air pressure gauge. Usually, the maximum air pressure of the brush machine is 0.6 Pa. That is 6kg. After adjustment, please remember to turn off the switch. Likewise, adjust the air pressure value of the air pressure gauge of the filament box and turn off the switch after adjustment.
Third, manually test whether the air pressure system is working normally. Such as clamps opening and closing, hair pressing, color changing, etc.
Step 4: Make sure all switches are in the off state or semi-auto state / manual state before powering on.
Step 5: Plug in the power supply, turn on the machine, and wait until the screen is displayed completely.
Step 6: Clear the alarm.
After power on, some alarms may appear on the screen. The most common alarms are:
No. 1: Emergency stop or pressure protection alarm, which is a mechanical protection mechanism. If it is not closed after opening, there will be an alarm prompt. The solution is to turn it off and then release the alarm!
No. 2: wire feeding alarm, that is, the wire cannot be fed up, and the sensor light is on. The solution is to check the wire feeding area, find a way to make the sensor light go out, and then release the alarm.
Step 7: Check whether the tufting head and drilling head are at the high position. If not, let it return to the high position.
This is very important operation. You must always remember this before making any movement on the machine, to avoid any collision.
Step 8: Return to zero
Pay attention to whether there is an alarm during zeroing. For example, timeout, overlimit, etc. Such an alarm signal usually does not appear.
After returning to zero is completed, the machine startup is truly completed.
