1. 2. Adopt small machine head system which is good for short bristle and small hole. It’s special for tufting steel wire, copper wire, nature bristle, animal bristle, such as pig bristle, boar bristle, wool, cow hair, horse hair, etc.
3. Designed by 2 drillings and 1 filling, equipped with a roll table 3 clamping stations 3 fixtures, works in continuous cycle, high efficiency. The operator manually loads a virgin block on the free clamping station, while another two blocks are being drilled and filled at the drilling and tufting stations. When the cycle is over, the machine indexes bringing the virgin block to the drilling station and the drilled block to the filling station, meanwhile, the operator takes the filled brushes off the machine.
