Features:
1. SF3A2H is a 3 axis brush machine that is suitable for disc brush, cylinder brush, and plane brush, such as abrasive brush, stone brush, stone polishing silicon abrasive filament brush, diamond abrasive brush, drill brush scrubber, dye brush, neck duster, block brush, paint brush, paste brush, and so on.
2. Adopt high-speed machine head system. Speed reaches 450r/m, up to 7-8 holes per second.
3. The machine is designed by 1 drilling and 1 filling, and features 2 or 4 clamping stations and works in continuous cycle. Machining mode can be sync drilling and tufting, tufting only, drilling only, and others.
4. 3 axis combines movements towards left and right, forth and back, and rotation. Optional flat or roll or disc platform for different types of brushes, such as bath brush, block brush, paste brush, pastry brush, painting brush, wire block brush, Block Paving Wire Brush, dye brush, hand wire brush, Tampico brush, and so on.
