Features:
1. DC2A a 2 axis drilling and tufting machine is used to produce many kinds of roller brushes cylinder brushes, such as fruit and vegetable cleaning brush, zigzag brush, stenter brush, vacuum cleaner brush roll, cylindrical brush, ring brush, polishing brush, etc.
2. Tufting length is up to 2500mm, outer diameter of roller brush is up to 420mm, hole diameter is 3mm to 6mm. End products are widely used to clean vegetable and fruit, polishing, and so on.

The bristle conveyor has the advantages of high processing precision and good tightness, and can be used for filling fiber with a dimeter of 0.07mm, and the problem of bristle loss can be effectively reduced.
