We have done some difficult testing on the 8 axis road sweeper brush machine, such as:
1) The outer diameter 570mm of the disc base was tufted at 45 degrees, and 3*2mm PP rubber wire is punched filled into a 10mm or 12mm hole. After tufting, the outer diameter of the entire disc brush is 95-100mm.
2) Mixed 0.7mm crimped iron wire with 3*2mm PP filament, which is tufted in 10mm or 12mm hole.
3) Mixed 3*0.7mm flat iron wire with 3*2mm PP plastic fiber, which is tufted in 10mm or 12mm hole.
4) Different hole patterns.
5) The longest length of filament after fold 325mm, and so on.
