Different products, programming in different ways.
For the injected holes, one mold several cavities, if all cavities can be done exactly the same, operator can program any cavity and use the same programming on the others cavities products. If cavities are different, operator needs to program for each cavity.
If the tufting surface is flat, the holes are at the same height, and each row of holes is formed a straight line or a circle, spacing of each neighboring hole is the same, operator can use " divide" function to split hole position fast.
For cylindrical brush, if the holes are in the same circle, and the hole distance is the same, operator can use "divide" function to split hole position fast.
After programming, operator needs to name and save the product, operator can input any combination of alphanumeric as a product name in the dialogue box, and confirm following by press “Enter”.
