Features:
1. TG12 is a brush machine for brooms, push brooms, scrubbing brushes, car brushes, hand brushes, block brush, cloth brushes, shoes brushes, dish brush, and other flat or curved brushes.
2. It meets specifications of brushes as, block size L600*W 70 or 150mm; hole diameter 2.5mm – 6.0mm; Maximum filament length after fold up to 130mm.
3. Designed by 3 drillings and 2 fillings, equipped with a flat table 6 clamping stations, 6 or 12 fixtures, output 2 or 4 brushes in every cycle, and works in continuous cycle, high efficiency.
4. The machine features 6 clamping stations and works in continuous cycle. The operator manually loads virgin blocks on the 4 free clamping stations, while another 4 blocks are being drilled and filled at the drilling and filling stations. When the cycle is over, the machine indexes bringing the virgin blocks to the drilling stations and the drilled blocks to the filling stations, meanwhile the operator takes the filled brushes off the machine.
5. This machine adopts high-speed machine head system. Speed reaches 450r/m, up to 6-7 holes per second.
6. PLC and touch screen control system, multi-language version, such as Chinese, English and Spanish, flexible and convenient operation.
7. Support synchronous drilling and tufting, drill only, tuft only, and other processing modes.
8. Operation software is with insert, division, array, offset, modify and other functions, flexible and convenient, easy to program.
9. Can save 1000 different brushes programs, and support external USB.
10. Single color and double colors are optional.
11. Tufting spare parts such as needle, concave die, convex die, etc. are standardized designs, and achieve multi-process finishing, beautiful and durable. Easy to repair and replace as well.
12. Automatic oil lubrication system, regularly and automatically lubricate the parts with high frequency operation, reduce wear and tear.
13. Use Italy brand brake motor, Delta or YASKAWA servo motor and driver, imported brand bearing, Schneider relay, and other good quality components.
