Features:
1. SF3A3H is a 3 axis brush machine special for cylinder brush, roller brush, such as Zig-Zag brush, vacuum cleaner brush roller, textile brush, stenter brush, wheel brush, ring brush, polishing brush, abrasive brush, drill brush scrubber, and so on.
2. Adopt high-speed machine head system. Speed reaches 450r/m, up to 7-8 holes per second.
3. Designed by 2 drillings and 1 filling, equipped with a roll table 3 clamping stations 3 fixtures, works in continuous cycle, high efficiency. The operator manually loads a virgin block on the free clamping station, while another two blocks are being drilled and filled at the drilling and tufting stations. When the cycle is over, the machine indexes bringing the virgin block to the drilling station and the drilled block to the filling station, meanwhile, the operator takes the filled brushes off the machine.
4. 3 axis combines movements towards left and right, forth and back, and rotation. Optional flat or disc platform for different types of brushes, such as block brush, body brush, bath brush, paste brush, pastry brush, painting brush, wire block brush, Block Paving Wire Brush, dye brush, hand wire brush, abrasive disc brush, circular brush, polish brush, shoe polishing brush, cleaning brush, etc.
5. PLC and touch screen control system, multi-language version, such as Chinese, English and Spanish, flexible and convenient operation.
6. Support synchronous drilling and tufting, drill only, tuft only, and other processing modes.
7. Operation software have insert holes, division, offset, block move, block copy and other expansion functions, flexible and convenient operation.
8. Can save 128 different brushes programs, support external USB.
9. Single color and double colors are optional.
10. Can program different hole patterns, such as straight, staggered, spiral, V-shape, W-shape, arc shape, trapezoidal, etc.
